AI Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of AI-powered features on the Grizzly Travel AI Platform.

1. Introduction

Grizzly Travel AI uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies, including large language models and machine learning algorithms, to power features across our Platform. These AI Terms of Use (“AI Terms”) apply when you access or interact with any AI-powered features, including but not limited to our conversational AI chatbot, AI-powered search and recommendations, automated booking assistance, and content personalization. These AI Terms supplement our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these AI Terms and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

2. AI Disclosure

Grizzly Travel AI is committed to transparency in its use of AI. When you interact with our AI chatbot or other AI-powered features, you will be informed that you are communicating with an AI system, not a human agent. AI-generated content and recommendations are produced by automated algorithms. Our AI features are designed to assist and inform, not to replace professional judgment.

3. AI Chatbot

3.1 Nature of Service

The Grizzly Travel AI chatbot is an automated conversational assistant designed to help you with travel inquiries, destination recommendations, booking assistance, itinerary suggestions, and general customer support. The chatbot uses natural language processing to interpret your queries and generate responses.

3.2 Disclaimer of Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses are provided on an “as-is” basis and may contain factual inaccuracies or outdated information, incomplete or generalized details, recommendations that may not suit your specific circumstances, or misinterpretations of your query. YOU SHOULD NOT RELY SOLELY ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT FOR MAKING TRAVEL DECISIONS. We recommend verifying all material information (such as visa requirements, health advisories, Travel Supplier terms, and pricing) through official sources or by contacting our human support team.

3.3 No Professional Advice

The AI chatbot does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, or other professional advice. Information provided by the chatbot is for general informational purposes only. For specific professional matters, consult a qualified professional.

3.4 Human Escalation

You may request to be transferred to a human customer support representative at any time during an AI interaction. If the chatbot is unable to resolve your query, it will offer to connect you with a live agent.

4. AI-Powered Recommendations

Our Platform uses AI to generate personalized travel recommendations, search result rankings, and content suggestions based on your interactions, preferences, booking history, and browsing behavior. These recommendations are algorithmically generated and do not constitute endorsements of any particular Travel Supplier or Travel Service. Ranking and recommendations may be influenced by commercial relationships, availability, and relevance factors.

5. Data Usage in AI Features

Your interactions with AI features are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Specifically, chatbot conversations may be logged and reviewed for quality assurance and service improvement, interaction data may be used to improve AI accuracy and relevance, and personal data shared during AI interactions is subject to the same protections described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

6. Acceptable Use

When using AI features on the Platform, you agree not to attempt to manipulate, exploit, or “jailbreak” the AI system, input sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, passport numbers, full credit card numbers, or passwords) into the chatbot, use AI features to generate or disseminate harmful, offensive, misleading, illegal, or discriminatory content, use automated scripts, bots, or other programmatic means to interact with the AI, attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the AI models or underlying technology, or use AI outputs for purposes that violate applicable law or our Terms of Service.

Violation of these acceptable use standards may result in suspension or termination of your access to AI features and/or the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability for AI Features

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRIZZLY TRAVEL AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT, RECOMMENDATIONS, OR OUTPUTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INACCURATE TRAVEL INFORMATION, UNSUITABLE RECOMMENDATIONS, MISSED BOOKINGS OR INCORRECT BOOKING DETAILS RESULTING FROM AI ERRORS, AND DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

The limitations of liability set forth in our Terms of Service apply fully to AI features.

8. Changes to AI Features and These Terms

We may modify, update, or discontinue AI features at any time without prior notice. We may also update these AI Terms to reflect changes in our AI practices, technologies, or applicable regulations. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
