Grizzly Rewards Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Grizzly Rewards program (“Program”) is a loyalty program offered by Grizzly Travel AI that allows eligible members (“Members”) to earn and redeem points or credits (“Rewards”) on qualifying bookings made through the Platform. Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and the Grizzly Travel AI Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater), have a registered Grizzly Travel AI account in good standing, and agree to these Program terms.

3. Earning Rewards

Rewards are earned on eligible, completed bookings paid through the Platform. Rewards are credited after the Travel Service has been completed, not at the time of booking. The rate of earning may vary by product type (flights, hotels, car rentals, activities, transfers), membership tier (if applicable), and promotional offers and bonus earning periods. Cancelled, refunded, or no-show bookings do not earn Rewards. Rewards are not earned on taxes, service fees, insurance premiums, or third-party charges unless otherwise specified.

4. Redeeming Rewards

Rewards may be redeemed toward future eligible bookings on the Platform, subject to availability and minimum redemption thresholds. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, bartered, or exchanged outside the Program. Rewards cannot be combined with certain promotional offers unless expressly stated. 5. Reward Expiration

Rewards expire twelve (12) months after the last qualifying account activity (defined as earning or redeeming Rewards). Expiration dates are visible in your account dashboard. Expired Rewards cannot be reinstated.

6. Membership Tiers

7. Program Modifications and Termination

Grizzly Travel AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time, with reasonable notice to Members. Any Rewards earned prior to a Program change will be honored for a grace period of ninety (90) days following notice of the change.

8. Account Termination

If your Grizzly Travel AI account is terminated for any reason, including violation of the Terms of Service, all accumulated Rewards will be forfeited. Rewards are associated with your account and cannot be transferred to another account.

9. Fraud and Abuse

Grizzly Travel AI reserves the right to cancel Rewards earned through fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity, suspend or terminate Program membership for abuse, and recover the value of improperly earned or redeemed Rewards.
